Social Organizations

Daily Bread has been fortunate to be the recipient of the kindness and generosity of many social and professional organizations in Brevard County. From fraternities and sororities to Rotary Clubs and book clubs, Daily bread has been blessed with support. Social organizations have given both financial contributions and volunteer hours. If your social organization would like to host an event to raise funds in support of Daily Bread,  please contact us at  Volunteer@dailybreadinc.org.

Faith-Based Organizations

“The generous will themselves be blessed, for they share their food with the poor.”    — Proverbs 22:9

Daily Bread ensures that no one in Brevard County faces hunger or homelessness alone. Founded on the Christian belief that it is a sin to despise one’s neighbor, but blessed is the one who is kind to the needy (Proverbs 14:21), Daily Bread opened its doors to the poor, homeless, down-trodden and the least of these in January of 1988. For decades, we have fed the hungry and the homeless with support from a number of local non-denominational faith-based institutions. If you’d like to join us in advancing our mission by taking a special offering, making a financial contribution, or volunteering, please contact us at 321-723-1060 x125.  Someone from our Staff will be happy to speak to your group about our mission and our work.

Reflective of the people we serve, we welcome support from faith-based institutions of all denominations.
